Inspired by the experiences of some international team members who missed the sun in the Netherlands, Team IGNITE has developed Flare, an innovative way to simulate the radiant sun using plexiglass and light.

Through the use of sunlight and LEDs, Flare provides a pleasing living experience and an addition to enriching campus life for all students. By integrating smart sensors, the light responds to the movements of the students, changing color as they move. In this way, the interaction with Flare not only creates a warm and inviting environment, but also encourages social interaction among students.
