As Head Project manager you oversee all the projects in team IGNITE. In busy times that means overseeing up to 4 projects and being a sort of mentor for the project teams. You ensure that they commit to their planning and that they stay realistic. Together with the Project managers of the individual projects you sit each week to discuss the progress, goals and planning. Otherwise you are also expected to join meetings with the most important partners. You communicate the needs of the project teams to the board and vice versa.

The most important skills you might need to do this is being organised and having some experience in the design process. While a lot can also be learned on the job. Next to that you will learn a lot of skills that you will need after this in terms of project management, production, planning, teamwork and networking skills.
